Photos for the Future issue of Grow magazine, an illustrated biology magazine published between Ginkgo Bioworks and Massive Science. The issue is about how imagination and synthetic biology can play a role in what our futures look like. Our photos are for the article about the future of seafood.

In the piece we explore the possibilities of lab-grown fish and synthetic flavors, and what those will taste like 50 years from now.
