One Star Cookbook

A cookbook for Deliveroo UAE (a restaurant food-delivery company) based on mishaps from real deliveries. The brief was to create 36 recipes inspired by negative reviews customers had written about competitors. The challenge was to present them in an aesthetic, appetizing way using disposable packaging in everyday settings around Dubai. Each dish was conceived and written with the same level of detail as any high-end cookbook, where every recipe can be recreated including the central delivery error. It was a close-collaboration team project that took us months to complete, with a 7-hour time difference from the client and a huge amount of preproduction work.
