Duhau Patisserie is a pastry shop located inside the Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires. In addition to the rebranding, the concept worked with THE VALUE OF DISPROPORTION AND THE EXAGGERATED as a device, connecting with the elevated and sophisticated playfulness of childhood, and emphasizing that the pâtisserie is an integral part of the hotel. That is why we called it the “Vidriera Hotelera”.
